Base
Base composed of Steel Frame of “I” Beams size
ranging from 100X55mm to 120X64mm with male & female welding not exceeding 2.00
Meters
centers in both directions, sand plasted & painted with two coats of
red oxide primer for all inside beams plus one more gloss coat
enamel oil paint for outside beams. Supporting legs of Steel “I”
beams height 200 mm are fixed based with 200X200X6mm steel sheet.
Steel Flat bars 50X5mm to 60X6mm are welded on top of base beams to
which external walls are bolted and screwed.
Floors
Floors are const ructed
of white timber joists sizing 120X50 mm distributed each 600mm centres fixed between the lips of “I” beams of steel frame work. On
top of this is a layer of 18mm thick commercial plywood resting on
steel “I” beam frame glued & nailed to timber joists insuring a
rigid base.
All above are fixed with high
quality adhesives.

white wood
& painted by oil paint are fixed around the walls
External Walls
External Walls Frames are constructed of soft white wood
of 45X45 mm horizontal & vertical studs at 600mm centers for
horizontal ones which are fixed between the vertical studs. Vertical
studs are fixed at 1220mm centres. Frames are covered externally
with fiber sheet (stone shape) and faced internally
with 3.6 mm thick decorative plywood both glued and nailed to wooden
studs. Insulation is provided by 50 mm rockwool panel
of 1170 x 550 mm with a density of 30 kg/m³ placed between the
studs.
Internal
Walls
Internal walls frames are considered of 45X45
white timber studs exactly same as external walls, but both sides
are covered with 3.6mm decorative plywood glued & nailed to wooden
studs without any insulation.
The walls for
kitchens and toilets are covered with 3mm thick fibre sheets nailed
to wooden studs.
Roof
Roof Frame work is constructed of Steel Trusses
1220 mm centers ;
the height of truss is ranging from 300mm to 1000mm (depending
upon
span of the cabin), over which 40X40X1.5mm Purlins made of
steel tubes are fixed. They are covered
with Aluminum Trapazodial Corrugated Sheets of 24 gauges fixed to purlins with self tapping bolts with rubber washers.
Insulation of 50
mm thick and a density of 30 kg/m³ Rockwool mattress are laid down between aluminum sheets & false ceiling. The False Ceiling
comprises of 5.2 mm com. Plywood glued & nailed to 45 x 45 mm wooden
frame made of white wood joists 600 mm centres hanged with 20 x 3 mm
steel flat bar welded to steel tubes which do not allow any failure
in the false ceiling.
Doors
(Internal)
Internal doors are made of semi solid with
double faced pressed Teak Plywood 45mm thick painted with lacquer.
Toilet doors are made of semi solid frame covered with polyester
plywood from both sides.
Doors
(External)
External doors are made of semi solid
covered by 3.6 mm thick plywood stripped with merantee timber all
around and hang with brass hinges on merantee wooden frame, painted
with oil paint or lacquer with high quality locks.
Windows
Aluminum windows are made of suitable
aluminum powder coated sections, white colour horizontal sliding
type with movable fly net protective screen and sun reflective
glass. The size of each window is 100X100 cm for rooms & 40X60cm for
toilets & kitchen.
Electrical Works
All electrical wiring run inside the walls
through P.V.C. conduits & terminating at a Distribution Board,
Complete with Main Switch & Circuit Breakers. All wiring,
accessories, Distribution Boards & Fittings are of European Origin.
All fittings in toilets are weather proof.
Weather proof Bulkhead light fittings are fixed
externally over each External Door.
Plumbing & Drainage
A suitable electric water heater of European
manufactured is installed. 8"X8" Exhaust fans in toilet, Copper
pipes for hot & cold water outside the walls (for easy maintenance),
Western W/C, Shower tray with plastic curtain, Ceramic Wash Basin
installed on wooden cupboard. A Stainless steel sink (single bowl)
is provided with wooden cupboard under the sink.
